Where are your pieces designed and manufactured?
All Veda Diamonds creations are thoughtfully designed and meticulously handcrafted in-house at our Mumbai, Maharashtra atelier. Each piece is brought to life by skilled artisans using time-honoured techniques and modern precision, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Are your diamonds and gemstones certified and responsibly sourced?
Yes. Every diamond and gemstone used in our jewellery is ethically and responsibly sourced. All our stones are certified for authenticity and quality, reflecting our commitment to transparency, integrity, and sustainable luxury.

Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?
We primarily work with ethically sourced natural diamonds. However, we also offer custom designs using premium lab-grown diamonds for clients seeking an alternative that mirrors the beauty and brilliance of nature.

Returns, Exchanges & Upgrades
What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from Veda Diamonds, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges
Are custom-engraved or bespoke pieces returnable?
At Veda Diamonds, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we create. If your piece doesn’t feel just right, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 7 days of delivery.
