To maintain the integrity of our assessment and ensure a seamless process, all exchanges and buy-backs are governed by the following guidelines:

• Original Documentation: All items must be accompanied by their original invoice. We are unable to process an exchange or buy-back without valid original documentation.
• Prior Authorization: Clients must notify our Customer Care team before shipping any item intended for exchange or buy-back to obtain formal authorization and secure logistics guidance.
• Weight & Quality Verification: Upon receipt, all jewellery undergoes a rigorous physical evaluation and gemological inspection. The physical weight of the piece must perfectly match the original invoice specifications.
• Valuation Adjustments: Veda Diamonds reserves the right to adjust the final exchange or buy-back value based on the physical condition and integrity of the item upon inspection.
• Promotional Deductions: If a discount code, seasonal offer, or promotional coupon was applied during the original purchase, the exchange or buy-back value will be adjusted proportionately to reflect the net amount paid.
• Exchange Balances: For upgrades, any price differential between the newly selected creation and the approved valuation of your original piece must be settled in full prior to the dispatch of the new product.
• Logistics & Insurance: All shipping, handling, and transit insurance expenses required to return the original piece to us, as well as those for delivering a newly
  exchanged piece, are borne by the client.
• Buy-Back Disbursements: Refunds for approved buy-backs are processed securely via account payee cheque or bank transfer within 15 business days following successful quality and authenticity clearance.
